03 Aug Partner’s Breakout Meeting 26th July

To borrow a quote from the film Field of Dreams, “Build it and they will Come”.

There was a time when we did question whether we should continue with this arrangement, however we were most encouraged by the response from all attending.

At the meeting on 26thJuly we held another of our “breakout sessions” for partners and it was great to see more partners attending, both established and some new faces.

The format stayed the same with everyone attending the main presentation and Q&A session then the partners regrouping in a separate area. This allows both groups the opportunity to discuss more sensitive issues they might not have been comfortable in raising in the mixed session. One of the men commented that “he was surprised to see so many partners there”, which didn’t deter him from staying I hasten to add.

A couple of newer partners commented on the warmth of welcome they received from the group, that they had enjoyed the session and the opportunity to talk to others in similar situations. Expressing their intention to attend future sessions.
