As many of you will be aware TPSA are working on updating our constitution to make it more appropriate to how the organisation has evolved over the past 26 years. A key step in this process is to define who are our voting members (this is a requirement of our existing constitution). Mike Clay has sent out an email with an application form to all those on the mailing list and who have completed the GDPR form. Please look out for this in you inbox.

Dear Supporter,
In accordance with our current Constitution, we are pleased to invite you to become a member of the Torbay Prostate Support Association. Membership grants you the right to vote at official meetings, including our upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM).
Attached is the “Invitation for Membership” application form. To ensure your membership is in place in time for the AGM on 22nd October, we kindly ask that your completed application be submitted to us by 23rd September.
If you wish to be considered for membership, please complete the attached form and either:
Email it (or your details) to me, Mike Clay, at [email protected] or
Bring the completed form to our next meeting on 23rd September.
Upon acceptance, you will be issued a coloured Membership Card, (initially to be collected at our next meeting) which should be brought to any meeting where voting rights apply.
