27 Jun Supporters Meeting Wednesday 25th June
On Wednesday 25th June at the Livermead House Hotel, over 30 supporters attended an interactive workshop, run by Jenny Daley, from the Lodge. Jenny has been a great supporter of TPSA over the years and covered the emotions and stresses resulting from a cancer diagnosis and living with and beyond a diagnosis. A large part of the session dealt with a range of excellent practical exercises, including mindfulness and breathing techniques . With all of the pressures on the NHS it was fantastic that Jenny found the time to attend.
