Medicine for Members – urology health talk

Medicine for Members – urology health talk

The next Medicine for Members meeting takes place at 5pm on Tuesday 12 November 2024 in TREC, Torbay Hospital.

Medicine for Members is a free health talk covering a different topic and area of health each session. Hosted by our clinical professionals, information is provided on the condition, treatments and available support services.

This our first event since the COVID-19 pandemic began and our membership are delighted to be able to host these important talks again.

In November’s session, Seamus MacDermott, urology consultant, will be joining us. Seamus is a leading specialist who will present on urology and his own expertise in and work on prostate disease. We are incredibly grateful for his time and look forward to hearing his presentation. There will be an opportunity to ask Seamus questions following his presentation.

As members, all staff are welcome to attend as well as any member of the public. Please share with your friends and family who would be interested. The event is free of charge, will last approximately an hour and will also be livestreamed. Refreshments will be provided.

Please email [email protected] to register your attendance or for a livestream link.
We hope that this will be the first of many more events. If you would like the opportunity to present at a future event or have an idea for a topic, please get in touch.
